Hi! I’m Sabrina Luppino
I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Fertility Awareness Educator, Sexual Health Educator, and Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Massage therapist.
I’ve spent nearly three years studying reproductive and sexual health, and I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing training. I also studied environmental science, which gives me a unique perspective on the natural rhythms of the body and how our cycles connect with the world around us.
Growing up with a single mom, I witnessed firsthand the challenges women face raising children on their own and that inspired me to support women through all stages of their reproductive lives. As a teen and into my early 20s, I had no idea what was happening with my body or my cycle. Discovering fertility awareness changed everything for me, and now I help others gain the same clarity and confidence.
I love combining science and spirit in my work. Whether it’s learning natural contraception, understanding your anatomy, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, or receiving abdominal massage, my goal is to help people feel their best, understand their bodies, and take an active role in their health.
